学院简介
js3845金沙线路js3845金沙线路由js3845金沙线路原工程力学系(十六系)和原建筑工程系(十五系)于2003年合并成立,2008年整体搬迁到长安校区。著名力学家季文美、胡沛泉、吕茂烈等教授曾在此任教,培养了以中国科学院院士为代表的一批知名学者,以及航空航天、国家基础设施建设、国家城乡建设领域的众多领军人才。学院设工程力学系、土木工程系和建筑系三个教学单位,现有工程力学、土木工程、建筑学和土木工程(英)4个本科专业,3个硕士学术学位授权点,3个硕士专业学位授权点,1个博士学术学位授权点,2个博士专业学位授权点与2个(力学和航空宇航科学与技术)博士后流动站。
力学学科是学院的优势学科,1981年学院成为首批博士学位授权单位,1996年成为国家首批具有一级学科博士学位授予权的单位。固体力学为国家重点学科,一般力学与力学基础为国防科工委重点学科。工程力学专业为国家级一流本科专业建设点,并获批教育部基础学科拔尖学生培养计划2.0基地(力学拔尖学生培养基地),建筑学专业通过住建部专业评估,为陕西省一流本科专业建设点。
土木工程学科成立于1985年,拥有土木工程一级学科硕士学位授予权(包含结构工程、航空航天设施工程两个硕士点),土木水利专业硕士学位授予权,共建力学一级博士授权点,土木工程专业为国家级一流本科专业建设点、陕西省一流专业建设点和陕西省特色专业。
建筑学学科创办于1988年,通过全国高等学校建筑学专业教育评估,为陕西省一流专业建设点。学科面向国家需求和学科发展前沿,依托学校多科性、研究型、开放式一流大学平台,以培养学生创新能力为核心,以全面提升学生设计、研究能力为重点,培养具有家国情怀与高尚品格、广博学识与创新精神、全球视野与持久竞争力、德智体美劳全面发展的建筑学领域及其相关领域的拔尖创新人才。
学院拥有“清洁高效透平动力装备”全国重点实验室、“飞行器结构完整性技术”工业和信息化部重点实验室、“复杂系统动力学与控制”工业和信息化部重点实验室、“飞行器结构力学与强度技术”国防重点学科实验室、陕西省“航空发动机结构强度与可靠性”重点实验室、国家工科教学基地、力学国家级实验教学示范中心和国家力学课程教学团队。建成面积超过1000m2的大型结构实验室。先后获得国家教学成果一等奖1项,二等奖3项,国家科学技术进步二等奖1项,国防科技进步一等奖1项,陕西省教学成果奖8项,省部级科技奖励20余项。

School Introduction
The School of Mechanics, Civil Engineering and Architecture of Northwestern Polytechnical University was established in 2003 by merging the original Department of Engineering Mechanics (the 16th Department) and the original Department of Architectural Engineering (the 15th Department) of Northwestern Polytechnical University, and moved to Chang'an Campus in 2008. Professors Ji Wenmei, Hu Peiquan and Lv Maolie, famous Mechanics, once taught here, and trained a group of well-known scholars represented by academicians of China Academy of Sciences, as well as many leading talents in the fields of aerospace, national infrastructure construction and national urban and rural construction. The School has three Departments, namely, Engineering Mechanics, Civil Engineering and Architecture. There are three undergraduate majors, six graduate majors, three doctoral majors and two postdoctoral research centers (including Mechanics and Aerospace Science and Technology).
Mechanics is the dominant discipline in the School. In 1981, the School became one of the first batch of authorized units for doctoral degrees, and in 1996, the School became one of the first batch of national authorized units for doctoral degrees in first-class disciplines. Solid Mechanics is a national key discipline, and General Mechanics and Mechanics Foundation is a key discipline of the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense. With regards to the Engineering Mechanics, the School is a national first-class undergraduate major construction site, and has been awarded as the V2.0 base of the top-notch student training plan for basic disciplines of the Ministry of Education (The top-notch student training base for Mechanics).
The discipline of Civil Engineering was established in 1985. The School has authored the master degree of the first-class discipline of Civil Engineering (including two graduate majors of Structural Engineering and Aerospace Facilities Engineering), the master degree of Civil and Hydraulic Engineering, and the first-class doctoral authorization major of Mechanics. The Civil Engineering major is a national first-class undergraduate major construction point, a first-class major construction point in Shaanxi Province and a special major in Shaanxi Province.
The discipline of Architecture was established in 1988, and the School has passed the educational evaluation of Architecture in national universities, and is a first-class professional construction point in Shaanxi Province. Facing the needs of the country and the frontier of discipline development, the discipline relies on the multi-disciplinary, research-oriented and open first-class university platform, with the core of cultivating students' innovation ability and the focus of comprehensively improving students' design and research ability, so as to cultivate top-notch innovative talents in the field of Architecture and related fields with family feelings and noble characters, extensive knowledge and innovative spirits, global vision and lasting competitiveness, and all-round development of moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetics and labour education.
The School has the national key laboratory with clean and efficient turbine power equipment, Key Laboratory of Aircraft Structural Integrity, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the key laboratory of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology with Complex System Dynamics and Control, the key laboratory of the national defense discipline with Aircraft Structural Mechanics and Strength Technology, Shaanxi Key Laboratory of Structural Strength and Reliability for Aeroengine, the national engineering teaching base, the national experimental teaching demonstration center of Mechanics and the national Mechanics course teaching team. As well as, the School has a large-scale structural laboratory with an area of over 1000m2, has successively won the first prize once and the second prize twice for National Teaching Achievements, has won the second prize once for the National Scientific and Technological Progress Award, has won the teaching achievement prizes in Shaanxi Province 8 times and has won more than 20 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards.
The School has cultivated and gathered a large number of high-level talents, and the structure of the teaching staff has been continuously optimized. The School has 116 full-time teachers, including 29 professors and 73 associate professors, and has 1 academician of China Academy of Sciences (with double employments), 2 national leading talents, 3 national young talents, and more than 20 provincial and ministerial talents selected.

4. Other Supporting Policies
In addition, the School also has a mature talent cultivation system, a strong academic and scientific research atmosphere, and a perfect achievement transformation system to create a secure and comfortable working and living environment for each teacher.
The school implements the "Flying Talents Programs" to help young talents grow into discipline leaders and young academic talents. Young teachers in the School can apply for the "Flying Talents Programs" (including flying young scholars program, flying new stars program and flying overseas scholars program). After being selected, the scientific research start-up fee can be increased to 2 million at most, and you can get an allowance of 50,000-80,000 Yuan per year in addition to the salary of the postions you are hired.
